✦ Order Acknowledgment
Once a purchase has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order details and a summary of your purchase.

✦ Processing Times
VIESAGA:
Please allow 14 days for the processing of your order before shipping.
VSGA Archive:
Items are ready to ship, so processing is typically faster. Tracking will be sent once your order is packed and shipped.

✦ Order Cancellation & Modification
An order can be modified provided it hasn’t entered the packaging or shipment phase.
An order cannot be canceled once it has been placed.To make any changes, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help, as long as it’s before packaging and shipping :3

✦ Customer Responsibility
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please accurately provide shipping details during checkout. Review all information carefully, as VIESAGA is not liable for inaccuracies.

For international orders, please be mindful of customs regulations. While we strive for timely delivery, external factors (carriers, customs, weather, etc.) may impact delivery times and incur additional fees.

✦ Unfulfilled Orders
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfil your order due to reasons beyond our control, we will promptly inform you and issue a refund.

✦ Shipping Regions
VIESAGA ships to: EU, US, UK, South Korea, China, and Japan.
VSGA Archive ships to: EU and UK only.

✦ Shipping
VIESAGA (Made-To-Order): Please allow 14 days for the processing of your order before shipping. VIESAGA will use the designated shipping service(s) to deliver your goods to the address provided.

VSGA Archive: Items are ready to ship. Shipping will be arranged to the address provided.

Once a purchase has been made, your tracking information will be sent to you by email. Please note that VIESAGA is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

✦ Duties & Taxes
When you shop with VIESAGA or VSGA Archive, please be aware that additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location. Orders outside France may be subject to import duties & taxes. VIESAGA has no control over these charges or their amount. You will be responsible for any import duties & taxes.

VIESAGA Returns
As VIESAGA sells on a one-of-a-kind and Made-To-Order business model, we cannot offer a return or refund. Each piece is intentionally made once your order has been placed.

Exchanges are accepted under certain conditions, but note that you will be in charge of the cost of shipping for the exchange.

VSGA Archive Returns

Because VSGA Archive items are preloved/vintage and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can review and help.
